Overall great customer service. As for using genuine Honda parts,I might need to do some research. The dealer I normally go to "Honda Cars of Corona" would not offer after market parts. As for "Rock Honda" I was offered after market disk rotors which made me question if the other parts that where going to be replaced were genuine. At the end I still gave it a chance but I did not have the brakes replaced. As for Honda actually making full synthetic oil? I will have to talk to my other dealer on the next oil change I was only aware of synthetic blend as being the current oil to be used for a 2014 accord sport l4. All in all great friendly customer service but techs need to be more trained I requested for my battery to be checked because I had to jump start the car a few days earlier and at cold the car struggled to start. All I saw was that they had sprayed the terminal poles with red lubricant for corrosion protection. I just had the battery replaced by my other dealer which found the battery not providing the proper cranking amps? How do you answer a response to that problem?

My tire light is still on, the paint chip is still on my car. Even though I was promised last weekend they would take care of it, now they tell us that they have not even ordered the paint. We had a Saturday appt. which they moved to Friday so "the paint guy would be in." Why bother? They didn't even have the correct color of paint to do the job. And the tire light is back on again. Apparently I have a new car with a broken tire pressure gauge? The joy of buying a new car is gone wirh all of these problems. Not happy!!!!

Your staff is great it would be nice if your service prices were a little lower then all ways but I no you have to pay for good service . I remember in the pass when I brought my 2008 Honda Civic in for you to check it out you would conduct a inseption of the vehicle and tell me all your findings but that don't happen no more .
