Very pleasurable, I had no problems at all with any of the service staff and not to mention the waiting period was right on point at what was promised. I''d be glad to take my vehicle for the next check up.

I received text messages Friday morning stating my car was on track to be completed by 7pm also Ricardo out service advisor also said he would call if would not be ready. I called the service department at 7pm bcuz I hadn't heard from anyone. Arif answered the phone looked up my info and said its not ready and Ricardo already left for the day. Arif then tells me it should be ready tomorrow but he's not my service advisor so he's not sure. I asked why didn't I get a call or text to let me know? I received a text at 9:30am on 3/25/16 tsaying "Status: OLGA, Rock Honda will be sending you service status updates and a survey. Msg/data rates may apply. To cancel reply "STOP"" The only "service status update" I received an update at 11:00am on 3/25 that said, "Update: We are on track OLGA, for 03/25/2016 07:00 PM. If you need any additional services, just let us know. We're here to help. Rock Honda". Arif then tells me that those messages only get sent of an update is made and since Ricardo decided to leave without updating the system or calling me I was not notified. I was without a car and I had to scramble to make other plans to get my kids to thier games. This may not be a big deal to your company but it is very important to me as a customer. It's difficult to make plans when what I was told to begin with was incorrect and the lack of consideration on Ricardo's part is unacceptable. I'm sure I'm likely not the 1st person this has happened to. This was a huge inconvenience that could've been avoided by simply notifying me. What is the point in your text messaging service if it's not used properly. I was planning on having my 100,000 mile service done at your service department but I've since changed my mind and will take my business somewhere else.

All staff were very friendly and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised at the number of times I was greeted with a smile. Rachelle, my service advisor was very thorough and friendly. My car was not fixed, due to no fault of Rock Honda, but I left with a solid action plan. Thanx, Phil

The service technician was great. Jr in Internet helped get done what needed to get done when there was someone out sick. Quicker check in time, especially with rental would have been nice, as well as not having to pay extra for insurance coverage when I'm told I'm covered by mine. A car wash would have been a nice touch.
