The tech who installed the new tire didn't recap the tire valve cover. When I called I was told to drive back, as if the almost 2hr wait wasn't enough and the 10 mile drive is just around the corner. Last Saturday I was turned away upon arrival at 530pm; but I wasn't told when I called earlier that the cut off is 5pm! What a waste of time! The breakdown of the bill wasn't also explained. So when I got home and rechecked, a handwritten computation showed an unexplained 25 charge!

I asked if you honor other honda dealers coupons they told me no. I pay 39 for a oil change and tire rotation at another dealership for my 6 cylinder SUV. Rock Honda charged me 52 for an oil change only on a 4 cylinder honda civic. I feel like I was taken advantage of.
