I have a 2011 Odyssey van and it was discovered that my rear camber measurement is -1.4 degrees. I think that Honda should be able to make a factory camber kit that will repair this feature. I don't like knowing that in order for me to fix this problem, I will have to buy an after-market part while also having an outside vendor complete the labor. This is exactly why I visit the dealership is to make sure that my vehicle is maintained by factory technicians and parts.

Service was great and easy. Seems everyone needed an alignment, tho. My car has only 4800 miles on it and It was recommended that I purchase a lifetime alignment package same as the previous customer. I was told my alignment is off. So was the customer before me. I just found that sale pitch a bit much being the minimal miles I had on my vehicle.

Well after having a multi point inspection and no signs of any wear or damage to any suspension components . And then paying on addition to having a lifetime alignment preformed , now the car pulls really hard to the left . Which prior to taking the car in , it only had a slight pull to the left . Right away I returned back to the dealership and spoke with the service writer , and due to being so late I would have to bring the car back during the week . Which is a huge in convenience . In the past Rock Honda has always provided great service , but now I'm a little shocked ..
