Job well done !!!!

I brought my car in for a major service (Timing Belt, Valve Ajustment, Spark Plugs, and rear brakes - late December 2015. After that service my car was idling high/rough and I developed an oil leak, of which I did not have prior to this service. Mud February 2016, I brought my car back to the dealer to address these issues. First off, they addressed the oil leak issue, of which I was promptly told it was not related to the work previously completed six weeks earlier, but that it was related to my steering box, steering box hose which was leaking. They indicated it could be fixed for 600 dollars. The idling problem wasn't even addressed, although I mentioned it to the intake service rep, and the manager. When the dealer contacted about the steering box issue, I mentioned if the idling problem, along with the recall issue had been addressed? Of course the answer was no, but the service advisor was sending the car back to the mechanic to check the issue out. As the end of the day drew near and I hadn't heard from the dealer, imagine my surprise when I called to inquire about my car, to be told that the mechanic found that all of the intake & exhaust valve clearance were loose, and the valve job was done over. I have driven this car very little since December 2015, so that tells me the original job was not completed correctly. I come exclusively to the dealer for my along with my son's auto needs (multiple Honda owners). This experience greatly deminished my faith in the service receive, and makes me consider if I will return for future service/business. Sadly disappointed.

I would say Rock Honda Fontana is a great place to go for service we highly recommended. I appreciate a lot for a great service especially Shafig Jamili the service advisor who is very accomodating and knowledgeable about the service for my car.

The paint on my door handle was chipped off, I called to speak to the manager of service and was told I as going to get a call back the same day and I didn't hear back from him.

Rufino gave me an explaination of service needed, a price quote , a time of completion, and provided electronic updates as I waited for service completion and delivered as stated in the quote . Great job Rufino, keep up the excellent customer service.

Everything went great customer service was outstanding.The only thing that missed the mark was it was noted on the work order to wash the vehicle and it was overlooked.Since it was raining when I picked up my vehicle it was no big deal. Thank you so much my truck is running like new again
