This by far was the worst service I ever had with the Rock Honda dealership. To start off I was not offered a courtesy ride home and had to wait for the service to be completed. Second I was told the service would last an hour to an hour and a half but ended up waiting two and a half hours. Lastly, during my time waiting I notice other individuals arrive after and leave before me which leads me to believe that other vehicles were taken care of instead of mine.
Notably, I bought (cash) my 2014 Honda Civic at the Rock Honda dealership new and have also taken my car to get serviced there every time.
I have had good service before but due to this experience I am very skeptical about my future visits to this Honda dealership and will be looking into other dealerships for my future services.

As a single women I have been taken advantage of in dealing with salesmen that knew I was not familiar with what needed to be done...
