They didn't inform us before that there is fee just for diagnosis of the problem. We ended up paying 135 just for diagnosis.

Within a few hours of each time I've had my vehicle serviced, my check tire light has come on. In addition, this time one thing was marked on the window sticker (yellow on brakes) while on the post service report I was told they were fine.
I also don't appreciate that there are no prices on the on line servicing.

I was greatly satisfied with the work performed on my 1994 Honda Prelude by the Honda technician named Mark Parkman. Through a diagnostic test Mark found the problem which was monor and point out to me what the problem was rather than make a minor problem into something more dramatic. I appreciate the honesty and experience of Mark Parkman. I will continue to trust Honda with the performance of my Prelude. I will always be a fan of Honda.

This was the worst. EVERY single time Rock Honda said they would call me at a certain time, they did not. I had call them each time for a status of my car. My call was dropped in a transfer exchange at least 4 times over the 2 week episode.
I was given a rental car and then Tolstoy return it to exchange for a loaner car. When I returned the car at the agreed upon time, no loaner was available. So I wasted 3.5 hours in traffic.
Communication about my car was very confusing.
I received an automated text message from Rock Honda telling me they were changing the estimated completion time. I received the text on February 5. The text said my new completion date was January 16. Prompting another round of confusing/dropped calls from me.
It is hard to imagine ever bringing any of my Hondas into Rock Honda. I can only hope the car service performed is better than customer service I received.
I received plenty of apologies from Andy, Rueben and John but the customer service seemed to get worse after each apology. Almost as if I had done something to offend them all.
If any of my customers ever had to endure an experience like this, heads would roll!
