I was considering to stop bringing my car for service at Rock Honday, but changed my mind when I discovered once more that I am dealing with honest service and caring people. I want to thank John, a supervisor, for his professionalism, honesty and respect. It took hardly any words to understand and resolve my issue. My car battery was replaced yesterday morning and also the gentleman that helped me, I believe is Mariano Galdamez, was extremely polite and helpful. Thank you Rock Honda!
