I sent pictures of my car after it was done and they returned it to me and the car wash was horrible. I was very disappointed. The whole back of the car was dirty. The bottom sides were dirty. I mean, how do you give the customer back their car after you tell them you’re gonna give it a car wash and give it back dirty. I realize that that has nothing to do with Corey. He gave me excellent service. I’m not complaining about him at all. I’m complaining about the car wash, and the car was given back to me very dirty. I was very disappointed.

He didn’t know but he told me 2 hours until it will be ready and it took 4 hours. When it was ready he wrote on the receipt next service I get a free oil change and tire rotation because of the wait which makes me feel good. Because a few years ago I brought a Toyota at your other dealership and because of the way I was treated said to myself I would not ever do business with your dealership again. And from buying the Kia and the service of the Kia I am very happy I did buy from dealership again
