When I picked up my car and on my way home the problem was there. I called and spoke with the receptionist, she could not reach anyone to take my call. I was told someone would get back to me. I have not heard from anyone. I called around 4:30 Friday afternoon.

I was not happy with the service provided at all. I schedule my appointment to my availability and what needed to be done only to find out my appointment was move to an earlier appointment without anyone noticing me or asking if it was okay. I come to get my car service for my 40,000 miles and a recall only to be told I'm getting an oil change and if the have the part the recall or maybe I may have to come back for another service. I like to ensure my cars are maintained right with little to no issues because I have to travel to work. To request for a service and be denied the service your askomg for is crazy. The last service visit i started there was in issue with my car only to find out that the recall is the same thing I was talking about at my last visit. And my last grip is I came in October and my tires were green and yellow only to be told my tires are all red but Bev allowed me to drive off the lot with my car. This is not my first car nor would it my last car but I know for a fact that no dealership or mechanic would allow someone to drive off their lot with bald tires. Do better
