I am impressed by Fred's professionalism. He was polite, pleasant and excellent communication skills. I had a memorable experience at Bev Smith KIA. I used to have my 2014 Soul serviced here for years when I worked up in that area. I'm not sure how I ended up buying from Wallace in Stuart but am glad I made my way back to Bev Smith KIA.
