I was sitting outside and when I asked about my car after an hour and a half for just the oil change and tires rotated they said just a minute and come to find out my car had been sitting out in the parking lot and Fred or no one came to tell me I was a little disappointed

I got charged for a code that is a recall , they said they updated the code that is a recall but if it came up again obviously it came back and they should of fixed it and they didn’t even check to see if the catalytic converter was clogged they went straight saying o have to replace it , I feel like because I am a female they can pull one over me but I’ve worked in mechanic shops before so I will never go back

Not only was my car not serviced. I was told I could get a ride home while my car was being serviced only to wait for over an hour still no tide home. I missed a very important work conference call which caused me a great deal of trouble. I will never come back to Bev Smith again.
