She documented my service invoice as I asked. Cause another KIA dealer put in a remanufactured engine, and the oil was 2.5 quarts over filled. My car was washed also something I didn't expect. Petra was very professional and clearly went over everything precisely.

Fred did a great job and the shuttle service. 1 adverse comment, during car cleaning the individual doing the interior front windshield knocked of the plastic cover around the mirror. I had to return to the dealership for repair. Fred immediately took care of it.

Service was fine, however I was contacted via text about selling my car. I politely responded that I was not interested. Several hours later I get a call the starts with " Inknow you've said no, but...." It's unprofessional to solicit sales if no one shows interest. It's unprofessional that I said no once and was contacted and interrupted during my work day to tell you all no twice. I won't bring my car there again for this reason. One "no" shouldve been enough. If I wanted to sell my car I would have initiated that conversation.

Service was great and wait time was surprisingly great also.. However, it never fails that there is always some type of inconvenience or need to return right away. It's one thing to be good at customer service it's another thing to be so rushed that you forget minor things such as resetting the service setting on the cars dashboard or the sticker in the windshield. And when I called to see if someone could walk me through how to do it over the phone I was transferred a million times before I was told that the only option is to come back and have it done which is a huge inconvenient waste of time and waste of gas
