I am very happy with the service I received. More importantly you got me in immediately after I had it towed to you. I absolutely love your store because of the people in service. This is the third time you've saved me. I feel extremely obligated to buy my next car from you knowing the Superior Service you give. However, Kevin Engle is an excellent advisor and has excellent communication skills so he is hard to match. He was fantastic to me, and kept me advised in a very satisfying way. Well I actually could go on but I won't in fear of sounding fake. Like fake news LOL.

The service was only supposed to take two hours. I got there around 8:20 for an 8:30 appointment. I asked for a car wash and that didn't happen. There was something wrong with the brushes. I told them there was some thumping noise when I turned corners. They told me the rear axel was bad and needed to be replaced. They would order the part and it would take a week to get it. Also I had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation for $69.99. My bill was $88.01.!

Understaffed! I was told My car was ready, I'll check you out in a couple minutes. My car sat ready to be checked out for 30 mins. Jamie was running all over the place trying to handle multiple customers and jobs at once. Had to ask someone else to check out.
Car wash service is a joke, they said the car was "washed". I understand it's not a Lexus dealership but come on. If you're gonna clean someone's car, actually clean it.
