Your service charges are ridiculous! Glad I didn't let you fix my car. I would have been out $700 minimum. You were trying to charge me $97 each for coils and over $300 more in labor for a 15 min job. I fixed it myself for $126........... Total. KIA failed the test. Sad that greed and capitalism has come to this. KIA has lost this customer. I know that's insignificant to you but I will use my platform to inform people of better options.

Disappointed that paint is not covered under warranty. I have a Sorrento Older than this Sportage and there are no problems with the paint. It looks like the top clear coat was not done correctly. That’s what is peeling not the paint.

I will never take my car to Bev Smith Kia again. The service was awful and my advisor did not keep up on everything that he needed to keep up on and then on top of it they could never figure out what was wrong with my car after we kept taking it back so we end up taking it to Hyundai and it was only a simple matter of the battery being too small for my car and that's after I've been taking my car to Bev Smith Kia since November and it was January when I got it fixed with Hyundai
