Just took longer than should. The last two services were pretty bad & I was told two times I was to get a gift card for Olive Garden and the other for Bone Fish Grill. Never received them. Tells me something about Kia. Service this time was good. Still looking for those 2 gift cards.

I bought my new Kia car, also I brought a friend to buy a new one too, same car. I was ready to buy a third car. My doughters car and I stopped at the front desk and I said that my friend got the same car that I bought with a cheaper price, looking for answer like in the next purchase we'll give you a better deal or any like good manners answer, but what I got from this guy was a rude answer kinda that's your problem. I got upset first and I didn't buy the 3rd car from you, later I think a sales manager Otto Peña talked with me and he apologized and gave me 3 cards for services in compensation for the bad time. I tried to use 1 and surprise that the sales front desk guy told me that they don't redeem the card.
Fortunally the associate Aaron was diligent and spoke with service manager and he redemeed the card.
