Me. Stephen was incredibly short. She yelled my name across the waiting room just and asked me to come to him. Prior to this, the concierge person politely came to me and explained everything. After 3.5 hours of waiting on my vehicle, he had me come outside to give me the price of everything and I had to go back inside to pay without any further direction. He was highly concerned with every other customer around him. After I paid I went back outside to find my car but it wasn’t there. I asked someone else where he was and then he came and said, your car is getting washed. When I told him he didn’t tell me that, he yelled… yes I did!!
I’ve never dealt with someone so rude and off putting in the years I’ve been a customer there.
