I'm glad my car is finally repaired. Had I known the repair would have taken so long, I'd have requested an actual appointment. I was there yesterday, and was told to come back today. I was two and a half hours late. Though my boss- my principal believes me, I'll still have to use my time and my time away still impeded my partner teacher and both our classes.
I specially requested that angle of my seat *not* be moved because I have a broken back. I'm sorry. I'm short, so I moved the seat back and said the distance could be adjusted. When I got my car, the ANGLE was off horrendously. I feel that immediately! This impedes not only my driving, but my regular sitting, walking/regular moving, and even laying down. Though I shouldn't need to give a reason,I made that request with the reason about my back. Actually, my back is broken in MULTIPLE areas!!
Other "adjustments" were also made to my car! From the second I took ownership of my car, I have had the lights on "automatic." I always had my lights on with previous cars. Thankfully, I received a message this evening that my lights were NOT on. I came into the place because of a problem with my back passenger tire. Seth was my spokesperson to the mechanic(s). Why would anyone be touching lights which go on automatically? I do not recall it now, but something else I had working automatically had also been turned off.
No. Seth was not an employee on my side. I loved the attitude of everyone else I encountered. I'm certain I'll do much better with a different service advisor!

Service was good, but the operators are not. Last Wednesday I called about 10a to check on you being open on Thursday (right after the storm) the operator stated we don’t know but if we close we will call everyone involved. Guess what I got no call about anything, I drove over to Kia on Thursday morning at 7a for my appointment. On Friday an operator call my home and said it looks like you missed your appointment on Thursday would you like to reschedule. Do I was there at 7a Tuesday. Need more training, and with things like that doesn’t make me want to buy a new car from someone that doesn’t have it together. I remain Phil Replogle

My service attendant was great but the service department needs more training.. when I got my car home my husband noticed there was damage done to the rims. They didn’t use the plastic insulator and chipped and scraped the finish off around and in the lug nut area on all four rims. The service technician also left oil all over the wind shield cover by the oil pan and filter area. My husband took a rag to wipe off what he could. Why didn’t the technician clean up after himself? As I drove the car all I could smell was oil burning. The GM called me after complaining to the service manager and said he would have his guy come and fix it.. but these are powder coated and chemically cured.. I want new rims instead… the worst part of this is I just made my 8th payment .. my new car. I always bring my car to the dealership for service.. now I’m not so sure I can do that anymore. This was my 5th car bought at this location.. im discouraged.
