I have tried to get her to call me back for 3 days. I took my car in 1.5 weeks ago. Kia could not fix it. I was told they needed to talk to kia then fix it. All I want is an update. I find this very rude and unacceptable that kia has not found the time to return my phone call.

Lack of communication. Lance McIntosh was to have called us back to let us know when to expect the part ordered for our Kia. It’s been 2 days and I’ve sent texts with no answer. This has happened tge kast 2 times you’ve repaired our Kia.

My car is experiencing possible warranty/recall issues and I was told again I have to pay to have it analyzed to see if it is warranted. That is BS. Also it took 2 hours for a $78 oil change. I live 45 minutes away. I should have stayed home for a lesser expensive 10 minute oil change. Service Department will definitely help my determination for "exchange" in the futre. The attendant was very good and thorough with me. The policy seems to be the issue.

It was a bad experience picking up my car yesterday. 8 people standing outside and not one asked me if I needed help. I had to go inside to the someone to help me. I have never been ignored and treated like this before here and it pretty much upset me. Also, I asked for a complimentary car wash and never got one. I was very disappointed with the attitude and customer service yesterday. I will be in to speak with a manager !!! I have been coming here since 2015 to get my car serviced and was very disappointed yesterday

This is nothing against anyone in particular but every interaction I have to have with someone employed there is a disaster. I think it reflects less on your employees and more on your business and leadership. It’s very poorly run and you can tell there is no incentivation to show ownership or take pride in your work, though I did hear that you fire people if they get less than a perfect score on surveys, which is abhorrent, and people wonder why “no one wants to work anymore.” Be better, do better by your employees and customer satisfaction will follow - or continue to ****, either way, once this maintenance plan is over I’ll never do business with y’all again so I guess it doesn’t matter.

I never saw the advisor that was assigned to me and when I came to pick up my car she was no where to be seen. I never spoke with I have no idea if my car has any problems or not. Very poor service

I came in for a 67,000 mile service- oil change, tire rotation and 11 point service inspection. I was told after they did the 11 point inspection I would be advised what needed work! I wasn’t but the lady next to me got all the information on MY car! After she told the young man that wasn’t her car he walked away!! No one ever told me! So now I have bad filters, bad brakes, and bad tires! All of which I would have had done! Maybe I need to go elsewhere! By the way it only took 2 hours and 19 minutes for my appointment service! And my car was washed (maybe with a dirty rag) which I wasn’t asked about or even agreed too! The service has really gone bad!! I’ll be looking elsewhere for service!

I am not satisfied. My Kia Optima 2016 had a defected window as many Kia has from 2016 to 2020 and you knew that.They wanted to charged me almost $985 to repair it. Since I was not able to pay that huge amount of money to repair it they charged me $203.25 just to diagnose.So I decided to go to the attorney and be part of the Class Action that Kia has for vehicles delivered with that problem. Also they didn't even had the courtesy to at least wash my car. So I wouldn't recommend to buy a Kia from Beth Smith (I bought 2 new cars from your place). Graciela Falcon Toledo

I feel disappointed that Kia didn’t honor a oil consumption that was recalled on my 2016 Sorento and tried to make me pay for unnecessary parts. Meanwhile I change my engine catching on fire. No one was to touch it because it a recall which I printed out in case I have to contact a lawyer. Very unsatisfied customer.
