JoJo was “ OUTSTANDING “ . She was pleasant, friendly and more than willing to please me as the customer. I only had the Kia Telluride 7 days and there was an issue with one of my tires. I call the service center and Joe Joe answered my call. I explained the situation and she said bring it right in. I’m looking forward to dealing with her and her teammates at a Kia in Fort Pierce. I received a routine oil change I got there computers were down I scheduled an appointment after the computers came back up and my oil got changed I got home and my notification light or maintenance came on was never reset. Now I'm being advised to come back which I do not live near Kia so I got to waste my gas and my time to correct something that should have been done at the time of my service and when I called and complained about it the only response I got was you could just simply bring it back and someone will reset it!! I feel that I paid $80 for a oil change service the mechanic or whoever serves my car could have simply reset the maintenance light. I spoke to someone at Kia and they just brushed me off like it was no big deal but this is not the first time that this has happened I just don't understand why I can't get a good oil change and have my maintenance alert reset it really makes me question if I even got the service that I went for! this should really be addressed and now I still have to go and get the light turned off and I live about 30 minutes away and it's a very big inconvenience. I always had a Toyota and I really regret going to kia the service is very unsatisfactory I have yet to have a good experience

Misdiagnosed my issue and then charged $1152; same issue came up and then fixed under car warranty; then same issue came up but now it’s $1600+ to fix same issue!?!?

It was a busy day for ya’ll but I had to go ask for my car and to start with the gentleman couldn’t find it. He then checked if the keys were up front and they were hanging there. He said he would have it right up for me and he did.

There is problem with the front end. When driving on the highway, when you go to slow down and stop the car bounces like the tires aren’t meeting the road and it’s very scary trying to stop it. The mechanics had the car for probably half an hour and said they don’t know what’s wrong with it. However, I have made my family aware that I have taken my car to Kia and that is a problem they’ve all experienced it and if anything happens to me as a result of this vehicle malfunctioning I am almost certain there will be some kind of litigation.
