I bought my car at this location. Since then Kia has been the ONLY company servicing my car. I had a light that came on in my car so I took it to Kia they diagnosed my car told me what the problem was and I got it fixed. The light came right back. I took it to Kia again and they said it had came on because I needed a oil change. I got it fixed. The light still came back. For the first time EVER I took it to a new place. They told me my oil pan was cracked and to take it back to who ever was servicing my car. When I took it back to Kia I felt like I experienced the worst customer service. The service manager Paul heard my story and transferred me to the Toyota department. I kept getting transferred to a couple people till I landed with the Toyota service manager who seem willing to help but then he mentioned that Paul was the right person to speak to. Then when I re communicate with Paul he had me retell him what was going on, no problem but I had to explain to him what happened over 5 times for him to understand my point of view. At the end instead of taking responsibility for this because KIA was the ONLY company messing with my car for the last 7years. He made it seem like I was attacking him when I wasn’t I stood calm and professional. When I noticed he wasn’t willing to help I asked for his manager and he acted as if their was no one above him not even corporate. Finally he calls me back trying to negotiate with me. I felt it was wrong of him trying to negotiate a mistake like that. In general not the best customer experience.

Once again I waited over 2.5hours. I understand things happen but if you have an apt. At 10:00 & you don't plan on servicing it until 12 just tell me and I'll bring it in at 12. Also, this was the 2nd time getting my oilchange they never changed my sticker in the window. Last time they forgot to change the sticker AND forgot to reset my mileage till service. If I'm gonna be there for 2.5 hours at least do the job properly. The service guy was nice an apologized but it's frustrating bc my time is important as well. Oh and you have these benches with plugs to sit so I could use my laptop while waiting and the outlets don't work. Watching your guys play on their personal cells phones in the waiting room, laughing,cutting up makes the customer waiting feel like they aren't important. Maybe have them act more professional.

Have to say today was the first time that I was impressed with the gentleman that greeted me for dropping off my car early. For the service advisor and especially the gentleman who picked me up and brought me back to the dealership the driver. Also the lady that was the cashier today was a very good experience if every time I went to your dealership that was my experience I would rate you 100% all the time. Sadly that hasn't been the case but today was exceptional. Thank you so much appreciate it.

Inaya was great but here’s my issue my suv was supposed to have been picked up at 8:30 am sharp but when that time came no one was here, so I called but it seemed like it was a surprise to everyone so after they checked I finally got a call back about 10-10:30 saying the porters were on there way this was on a Monday it turns out I didn’t get my car back until late Tuesday at around almost 5:30 pm too maybe 6 or so but in all that time the detailing portion was never done so on this coming Monday I’ll have to let them take my car once again to get the detail that should’ve been done on that Monday when they had to wait for the head mechanic to fix the sensor that was giving me error messages. It just doesn’t make sense to me it’s called a plan of action if one thing isn’t able to be completed then you have a plan in place to move to the next item on the list not to sit there and waste my time and my day with having to move my schedule around for something that should’ve been planned out before my car was ever picked up if they knew they needed a person with specialized skills to repair it then they should’ve made sure that person was there that day and not off.
