Car wash alone took over an hour Staff was trying to be helpful but could only do so much. Was compensated for lost time by manager

I received a text from the service Mgr asking for my concerns. Before I picked up my car after I was told service was completed I asked that the sunroof repair be tested for leaks of water. I got no response. My car did not undergo leak test. I could tell cause there was still dirt on the sunroof glass. I think I will have my car serviced in Stuart from no on.

First I brought my car in a few weeks ago for service and the did not tell me one of my brake lights was out you claim to do a safety check failed then I bring my car in for a rattle in the bottom of my car and I was told it was a problem with the exhaust at that it would cost $2000 at wich time I found out after that it should be covered under warranty in try to reach you service manager it took two day the he had me bring my car back in just to tell me it was covered under warranty and that it would take a couple of weeks to get the parts so the car is still not fixed my service advisor was as helpful as she could but did not know when a car should and charged me for a diagnostic fee that I am working to be returned to me so alot of time loss at work out money I should not have to had to pay and nothing is complete so very unhappy with the service when talking to others in the waiting room no one there was happy as well not the service we expected Hard to recommend your service or even someone to purchase an new car from KIA!

I had an appointment at 3:30 I arrive 10 minutes early I had to sit in my car for 30 minutes before someone even came over to help assist. After someone walked up to me to tell me I will be helped. I had to wait 20 more minutes because i was told everyone was in a meeting.. finally around 430 my car was been taken to the back for a oil change and tire rotation. I received my car back round 530
