New Update: April 18th 2022 April 10th 2022 RE: Unsatisfactory Repair Work Complaint To: Service Supervisor Mr. John Cappa On Thursday, March 25th, I dropped off my 2012 Kia Sorento at the service department for some needed repairs. I picked up my vehicle on March the 31st after dropping off a 7-day rental car. New Update On April 10th, 2022 I dropped off my car again After speaking with the service supervisor who assured me that they would correct the problem. New Update April 14th, 2022, I picked up my vehicle Thursday, April 14th, 2022, 2 out of 4 Repairs were Not completed. There were only 5 things that I requested repaired and authorized: Driver side entry door lock: This service and repair work was completed satisfactorily, but stopped functioning after 4 days. New Update: April 14th, 2022 Completed. Exhaust pipe malfunction: The vehicle is still smoking from the exhaust pipe after a cold engine starts only. This problem has not been resolved or repaired and is unsatisfactory. New Update: April 14th, 2022 Not Complete, Not Repaired Non-Working AC: Air conditioner received in a non-working condition which also included a front blower motor which was not working. I ordered and received a new blower motor on April 8th which I installed myself. At this time, the AC is currently working perfectly fine. New Update: April 8th, 2022 Additional work completed by Owner Taylor T

My key fob is not working correctly.I ask them to change batteries in both my fobs one was not working at all and they sent for a new one the second one works sometimes but little red light comes on It’s functioning correctly.

Kia is a joke! You sell customers protection plans for their vehicles and then change the parameters what was purchased do not cover promised services! The amount of time customers wait, even with scheduled appointments, is ridiculous! We did not even get our car wash at the end. Jessica was very sweet but that is the ONLY positive part of the visit.
