Service was fine, no issues. But dealership is out of control. Loud, obnoxious, profanity, thought I was at a discotech with the LOUD music, very unprofessional atmosphere. And all this occurred in the CUSTOMER WAITING AREA. I'm not sure what matrix your dealership is measuring itself on, but your using the wrong one. While at your dealership for 2 hours, for an oil change, really, 2 hours, 40 minutes back at my Michigan Kia dealer, I met 3 other Customers, all three echoed my above remarks, and ALL three plus me said we would NOT ever come back. That's four Customers in two hours, now that's a powerful matrix.

I have my car serviced at this location because Of the service I receive, Petra, goes above and beyond, she listens to my concerns as well as explains on detail of my car needs, beginning with priorities, and not pressure me into service that can wait. She kind and patient, making sure all details are covered. I also want to say that Philip, the shuttle driver is such a gentleman, would not allow me to get out of the car until he opened the door for me. These two employees are what make your service gain customer trust including the mechanic that worked on my car.

Jessica Blessing Witt has gone above and beyond to assist me. Her kindness and amazing customer service is incredible. Frank on the service department was horrible the last time I came in. That was not the only time he has been rude and disrespectful. I am not the only customer he has treated this way either. My family and I have purchased numerous KIA’s, but he will be the the reason that we will not return and nor will we refer.
