This whole incident was exhausting and frustrating. What could have taken days to fix, it ended up in a two month ordeal. It seemed that anything was ever done when I would call and ask for information. I know insurance was involved but between them and Kia, I felt I was being told two different sides of the story. I brought my car back to this Kia where I had such a good experience purchasing my car, and did not feel like the same valued customer. I felt like my sotry of the incident wasn't believed and as the makers of the car an explanation of what happened to my car was not answered.
