I had an appt and when I arrived, I was told 3 hrs with no explanation. I had seen people waiting in the lounge and more had arrived for service arriving after me so I knew something was going on. I should’ve have questioned the long wait even with an appt. I was then made aware of a new software system being used and that appts were being made on the new system and the old but something should’ve been done to not overlap appts. . I felt bad for the technicians. Anyway, I’m not making it only about me but I barely made it to get my son from school as I thought I’d only be waiting an hr. So, no I’m not happy with how my appt went.

He didn't understand that we were covered with our platinum warranty for the other issues with our car.
We bought the warranty from your dealership bumper to bumper and wanted to charge us $275 for gas cable to open the door to put gas in the car. Didn't get our car back for 6 hours waiting to be picked up.
