Jessica was wonderful. But since leaving the facility, I had to return once because my display was blank. Another kind female associate reset it and it worked. That had never happened before. Now, two other times today when I went to turn my car off, it sounds like the engine is still running. When my husband checked under the hood, the fans were still running. It took some time and having to turn the car on and off to get the fans to turn off. The engine was not running hot. I have never experienced problems with my car before of this nature and it’s very odd that now, the day of my service, all of these things are happening. I will be calling tomorrow but unfortunately I live in West Palm Beach and will be at work tomorrow and you guys are in Fort Pierce. It’s not like it’s right around the corner for me to bring the car back. I need to know what happened to my car to be causing these things to happen. My husband said I could end up with a dead battery if the fans do not turn off. All I came in for was a routine oil change and tire rotation. Again, Jessica was wonderful. My beef is with the maintenance work.

This was my first experience with Kia service. Frank was very helpful and polite. The service was fast and efficient. Before I drove away I had questions and Frank went above and beyond to help make sure I had every issue resolved before driving away.
I would also like to add that the shuttle service was exceptional. The driver, Phillip, was considerate and kind. He made sure my kids and I got home safe and sound.

My car was there from 9 am until 4 for an oil change, alignment & new tires and that is ridiculous. I have bought 2 new cars from Bev Smith but I will never buy another one from there. I will buy from a dealer who cares about their customers
