Stephen & team did all they could to update my auto’s navigation system, but my system repeatedly refused to accept the update. We sincerely appreciate their efforts and will let them know if we have additional problems with the system. We appreciate Kia allowing us to make comments in regard to our service experiences! Even though I had an appointment, I waited for 3 hours to be told that I needed to change the tires and breaks. When I mentioned that I was enrolled with the tire and battery for life program, I was told I needed to wait to change the tires unless I wanted to pay out of pocket.
Not sure what was that all about… If I needed to change the tires, why were not changed?
Also, the wait would have to be longer…
