Hi my appointment was set up at 10:30am on 12/8/21 for an oil change and to check my tires. It should have taken 45 minutes or less to do that, but it took 1 hour and 45 to 50 minutes. I had to be back to work at 1:00pm so when I got my keys and car I had to go back to work without having a lunch which made me mad by the time I left. I have health issues and I work by I95. Do the math I had to travel from US1 to Peacock Blvd by 95 and you figure in traffic I couldn’t eat lunch. You need to train your staff to work much faster with great efficiencies.

I specifically requested that the vehicle be washed after the service and I was assured it would be. As you would guess, it was not. Getting your vehicle serviced should be a great experience and being able to see that KIA took the extra steps to clean it for you to show me their appreciation. Very disappointing.
