The person that was in charge of the repair of my vehicle never personally contacted me. I left the car on a Friday and didn’t receive it back until Tuesday. I was kept out of the loop the entire time even though I tried calling multiple times to get information about my car. I was never informed about what the cars problem was until after they had decided to already fix it, so I only ever heard about it until after which could’ve been a problem if the fix wasn’t covered by warranty. Overall, I was very unsatisfied with my service this time around.
