Amanda was a 5 star and is asset to the KIA dealership. When I pulled up on my loaner car she greeted me immediately friendly and professionally. She took my information always comforting me like a nurse does to her patient . She then went and got my car and brought it right to me . Thank you again for this great beautiful service .

I want to be very clear on this. Frank took care of me and solved all the issues I had. But I had to drop off our van and there was a safety issue. So we had to get a loaner. They took care of us with that. So that being said I plan on returning to Bev Smith Kia for any maintenance I have. But I had to return for an additional alignment cause they didn’t do it right the first time. And this is small to most people but both times they did not wash my Sedona when they have complimentary car washes. Now the first time I dropped it off I left the keys in the drop box, I had made my appointment for 7:30am on a Friday. I called at 11:30am to get a status and they had forgotten all about it. So it wasn’t ready till around 3:30pm and the alignment ended up not being correct. Hence I had to bring it back. I made the second appointment. It still took over two hours to fix the issue. All I am saying is I have had good experiences with Bev Smith Kia but these last two did not meet my expectations.
