It was not explained to me what they did to my car.i waited 5 hours they only gave me the paper, which i had to ask for it. Also my advisor Jamie went to lunck my car was already ready. Plus i even felt harrassed by salesmen trying for me to change my car when i did not go for that. Whenever im ready i will do that. Horrible to even go to get your car service. Then supposebly i was told they were going to tell me only the value of my car not just being harrassed by vendors. I was late picking my daughter st school.

Pablo was absolutely amazing. He texted and called to update me on my kia soul and explained what he found when he diagnosed it. I know nothing about bringing my car to the dealership for repairs or how anything works but he made sure to inform me about my repair & the warranty. Pablo made sure that I got my car the same day so that I would not have to miss work the next day. I would trust my car with him every single time. I can not express how grateful I am to him for everything he did for me. Thank you a million Pablo.
