I now have two encounters with Kevin Engle and bye far both times have been the best experience dealing with a service department. Kevin takes the time to listen to what is going on and he never rushes me along. He not only calls during the process but also makes the call afterwards to double check that everything was correct. Hands down great service from Kevin and the automotive department. Can not say enough.

Nothing against Kaitlin, but this was the second time I brought my car in for the same recall 23V534. I was told in January it was fixed only to be told by KIA headquarters on 9/29 the defect still existed. An hour driving, three hours wait on 2 occasions, my time is important and this is not service. I could not recommend Bev Smith KIA to anyone. I asked to speak to Tim the service manager during my 3 hours I was in the service department, but he was too busy. So much for customer service. I’ve been bringing my car to Bev Smith, since 2009. I’m finished.

We are not happy with the salesman who sold us this terrible warranty. We bought a 5,000 warranty from you and was not told that we had a $500 deductible which is ridiculous. We have also been waiting over 4 months for our warranty paperwork, which is probably why we never received it. We will never buy a car from Kia dealership.

I will drive to the Kia in Vero to avoid to ever coming back to this place.
My assistant, Pablo, was 45 minutes late to my appointment. When I asked other coworkers at Kia if they knew whether Pablo came into work that morning or was even on the premises, nobody could give me an affirmative answer. When he finally did arrive he was completely rude and condescending. I left in shock and shaking with the way this man spoke to me and treated me.
