I feel that David did the job he was hired to do . However, In my opinion, the amount of times that we were notified of the upcoming service was a bit too much. I understand that some people neglect and just ignore the attempts to remind them of their cars service . Then that’s on them but the very reason I went to Bev Smith is quite simple once looking at the inspection of the car and reading what was done and what was shown on the report from each service was wrong. I don’t know whose car the employee at Wallace Kia in Stuart was looking at but it was not mine! ! It makes me wonder if they really do the inspection at all customers do look at these reports I have all of mine and when I see specific details like the wear and tear on my tires and breaks on one service but the following service every thing was great suddenly I no longer needed breaks as they were good I no longer needed tires they were good . But not if you look at the two service reports and I am still looking for the dent in the front of my car that was indicated . Do this is why I chose to take my Kia to Bev Smith my family has been buying cars and trucks from Bev Smith since 1979 . I think That David is doing a great job however I have not looked at the service records since we have been taking my Sportage to this location , But I should have them !! And the batteries should be checked out in every way possible and I k ow that can be done in a way that ensures the quality and reliability of that battery . To avoid it being so dead in less than a week that strand two elderly women on the road for over 9 hrs . And then be told that they can’t determine if a battery is good or not . And the Guy that sold me my Kia “ Capt Mo” has the nerve to tell me he just bought a new boat and his battery went dead in just a few days . Really that’s a bit different . But I digrease Bev Smith in Fort Pierce seems to be doing a great job it really is more convenient, and conscientious, then their sister location in Stuart Florida I would not send anyone to that location. However I have always gotten my vehicles from Bev Smith Toyota as well as my family our companies since 1979 and my father-in-law probably got a couple before then I know we’ve been doing business with Bev Smith since they opened, but I would definitely get rid of. He’s a little too full of himself and because of him I would not send anyone question for sales people. I can’t remember Frank last name no longer is there. He went into training and going from location to location to train the new sales staff and stuff but he recommended us to when I see Frank. I will definitely let him know how much I appreciate that so as far as David well we’ve only been taking our car there for a little while, but I will continue to check my service records, the checkpoint on the schematic of the car to make sure that that’s actually my car that they’re looking at , I am disappointed that Auto Butler not my shield or the fan over the back window the tailgate of IKEA as it had oxidized where the rest of the car has not and it is kept under cover again. David has nothing to do with that unfortunately they only offer the Auto Butler at the location in Stuart Florida on Kenner Highway and Indian Street. I’m sorry and Indian Street, so thank you for the opportunity to give Bev Smith a big thumbs up and also to let you know once again that I was the elderly handicap lady that was stranded on the side of the road seven hours from home due to a battery that had just been checked less than a week prior to this event, I was assured according to the paperwork that the battery was fine. The battery didn’t have 10,000 miles on it and you can’t the stereotype driver that the computer says there should be X amount of miles on this vehicle because mine does not have as many miles on it as it should because I sell them and if I do 12 thank you so much. Have a pleasant day but please do look into any other complaints with Wallace Kia and Stuart Florida because I would like to see the service department inspected. I don’t think the guys that go out there to do that are doing their job and I would also like to be schooled and educated on how to properly address one of his customers that spoke to me reprehensible when I purchased my vehicle, he was going through a personal crisis. I appreciate that I have been through many myself. It’s a matter fact I was going through a personal crisis when I was stranded to be told that batteries are unpredictable. You can’t determine if and when they’re going to go , can you make sure that you check it when I went out used car purchased a new battery should be put in because the battery many miles on it. It’s only a year old as the actual car battery should be put in that car with the new battery and it has 0 miles on it just like the tires oh yeah, these tires are new. Well no they may not be new if you look on the inside of the tire , that tire was made that tire could’ve been sitting in the warehouse for four years purchase it as a new tire and put it on your vehicle when that tires actually four years or five years old and has been sitting in warehouse that’s another issue with the industry nobody really knows about that but when I buy a new set of tires, I look at that before they put it on my car thank you so much. I hope some of us will actually reach out to someone you know this lady has been upset about this incident for over a year close to October so there is some validity to her concerns exactly how to Cap Mo handle that dealership in Lakeland, Florida, I believe it was excellent as a Kia roadside service that actually came to our assistance or AAA that I’ve been member with since 2009 hours never got to us and after 1 o’clock in the morning they didn’t even bother to call to see if we were all right, but we contacted Kia . They were there within a half hour cost me 125 feet but we did get it moved and then it cost me an additional 300 and some dollars for the hotel room so thank you very much for this opportunity. I hope to have a uneventful service record with Bev Smith Kia and thank you David. I have not yet looked at the service records, but I will. I do know what is wrong with my vehicle. I do know what the scratches are. I know where the dents are Thank you so much. I hope this gets to Corprate and I just goes to the individual who they wanted information about. Have a good day.
