I was promised another alignment after an axle job. The alignment was not done and the car is pulling to the right again. I will have to waste another day and my time, which is worth money, to correct the issue. I was told the alignment was good after the axle job and I would like proof that it was checked that day. I also want a refund for the alignment since I will have to come back in again.

We travelled from Stuart where they told us it would be 3 weeks before we could get serviced and were advised not to drive the car. That left us stranded and Stuart’s customer service was horrible.
