Ms. Lundy was very attentive and detailed with the knowledge she has I assume. She did well as an individual providing a service, but Toyota on a hold needs to provide better customer service. They need to communicate before reaching out to the customer especially when more than one person or department is involved.
The manager needs to be more aware and proactive.

After service I had to clean up all the trash that was left inside from whoever was too lazy to do it. From my experience most dealerships return your vehicle after service with a car wash but in this case it was messier than when I dropped it off. Paper on the floor, a paper on the dash, a plastic hair covering, and some kind of plastic on the seat.
