My tires are under warranty and you were able to patch both tires in 2 hours. I hope that in the future I could be done sooner when I have an appointment. Thank you, Paige for your dutyful effort in getting me out of there as soon as you could.

I was told over the phone by Kathy that my car was gonna take only an hour for a diagnostic. When I arrived, they told me it would take an hour and a half. An extra half an hour is understandable. Two hours later, I was wondering what was taking so long so I asked them and they told me that the car hadn't even been looked at yet and that it was gonna take another hour minimum because there was still a couple cars ahead of me. I asked for my keys back and never even got to have my vehicle checked because at that point I would have been there for over three hours. I even asked them on the phone if they needed me to just drop the car off or if I could wait and they told me to wait. I wasted my day and didn't even get anything checked. I mean come on, my vehicle is there for over two hours and they didn't even look at it? Yet you booked me an appointment and told me it would take an hour?
