Kim did a great job for me today. Service area was very busy when I arrived. Waited quite a bit for even to be acknowledged. All staff friendly Only suggestion is to work on building maintenance. The area is looking like it needs some repairs and painting. Faded and Peeling paint. Cracks or damaged building trim and lots of missing overhang tiles at service.

I had Trevor years ago as my salesman, and he threw a krybat myself and wife.We purchase a defected VW at the time.
Now recently Kim was to simple email me the reciept of a key fob, which they didn't have time to satisfied the customer. They wanted to go, including the mechanic. I was dispatch to three different phone numbers, before being hang up on. I was trying to get simeone to email me the Reciept. I'm overseas with the military and I'm disappointed with fair service.
