Maintenance and service advisor: top notch. " VIP" rep a joke. Text mentioned benefits. No benefits, just ridiculous sales pitch. Salesman totally ignored my wants, and pitched away on a Tacoma I said I didn't want. I'm interested in the rumored hybrid Tacoma. He tried to convince me selling my 2021 GMC Canyon AT4 Leather, then buying a 2022 Tacoma, then trading the Tacoma in on a Hybrid Tacoma that may never even exist, was a SmartMoney saving idea. How stupid did he think I am? Insulting.
