When I got there my car needed washer fluid. When I left still didnt have it.. I didn't realized until I drove few blocks. I returned but they told me they do that at the entrance and they did. However it creates a huge doubt if the shop did their job (oil change etc)

Aaron was wonderful keeping us updated on the car and service. However, I have a complaint with Mike C. In the sales department . I had sled Aaron to put me in touch with a salesperson as I saw a 2021 Highlander on the showcase outside. Mike told me a little about the car and I told him I would be by around 5 pm to pick up my car from service. He ask if I was going to use my car as a trade and I said No. I would be paying cash. When my husband and I got there i asked for Michael (Mike ) C and he came right out while I went to get my car he and another salesperson took my husband to see the white 2021 highlander They showed my husband a steel gray no bucket seats. This was totally a different car ! Mike called me again at 4:30 to make sure I was coming. The white highlander had been sold. I don’t know why Mike called me at 4:30 th make sure I was coming when the car we had talked about had already been SOLD I don’t appreciate the BAIT AND SWITCH. I like the service department. But , when a deal starts with a LIE that dies it for me. I WOULD NOT BUY A CAR FROM BEV SMITH TOYOTA AND DEFINITELY NEVER BUY ONE FROM MICHAEL C. VERO , WPB Here I come. Again thank you for you A-1 Service Department. I’ve used them for years. They are always straight forward and HONEST! Unlike your sales department. Kathy and Chris Channon
