The service took 2 1/2 hours when I was told 1 hour was needed. If I new it would take that long I would have my wife take a second car so we could do other activities rather than sit and wait. My wife eventually took an Uber home rather than continue to wait.

I came to Bev Smith years ago because I didn’t get good service from another Toyota dealer. I don’t want to embarrass them and won’t use their name but it rhymes with Toyota of Bero Veach. My service advisor at Bev Smith has always been Mike Matos. Evidently, he screwed up and was forced to descend into management. Not sure why. I thought he was great and deserved to work with customers. Anyway, I was apprehensive about working with Tyler. Figured he was a new guy. Turns out he’s a Tundra driver himself! Dude! Keep doing what you do, guys!

I had to come back (17 miles) to the service department because they forgot to put back one of the air caps on my tire. Also they never wipe the area on the hood, my vehicle is white and is was smeared with grease smudges and oil. Besides the above I was treated very well.
