Sylvia was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable.. but 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation seemed a bit much..

I felt the service dept was very unorganized. They sent me from one place to another so I had to walk back and forth many times. No one seemed to have a clear job or could give clear direction. Something there could of taken me 2 minutes took 15.
