You gave me pay er work telling me the price of a couple services you all offer as far as some type of time up or something like that because we complained of hesitation when driving I believe it’s more a transmission issue then my car needing a tune up with only 26,000 miles on it that’s ridiculous

I kept my appointment for 11:30AM. HE kept me waiting for almost 2 hours without saying anything to me. Finally I went to him to find out how much longer I have to wait that was when he told me another 2 hours because there is one other person a head of me. So I took my keys and left.

I exclusively ask for Tim Seymour as my service representative at Bev Smith. He is the single biggest reason I come back to Bev Smith. His honesty and integrity are something I hold dear as in this day and age it is rare. When Tim told me that I needed tires I knew he was telling me the truth. He should be teaching other service technicians how to work with people. The problem is it’s simple tell the truth and treat everyone as you want to be treated and Tim does it every time!
