I was sidelined by Ken in the sales department. I tried for two days to reach my rep Kim in service about my service’s for Maintance on my car. Both by text and the phone number she provided to me. Kim did not return my phone calls or text messages to return my phone calls not once. The only text messages that I received from kim was that I had 4 critical items and to approve them. Then I received a text from her today stating the car was ready and to view invoice. I placed 3 calls to the service center today. The first person I spoke with was a male who said that I didn’t need to speak with kim because he is speaking with me and that I needed to go online and pay and have someone with a DL pick up the car TODAY. that they are closed on Sunday. This was after explaining that my mom is on OT with PSLPD. he was very nasty and Rude. The 2nd time, I was trying to reach kim again and was told that she was unavailable ( yet again) the 3rd time, I was calling to let someone know that I hired a tow truck to pick up the car and the lady asked me who my associate was and I said kim and she said hold on a min and I heard some muffling and then she started stuttering that once again KIM is unavailable. I told her it doesn’t matter anymore. I’m just trying to let someone know that ABC towing is picking up my vehicle because I was told it had to be picked up today even though we are unable to do so!!! I’m sitting here wondering what in the world did I ever do to anyone within your facility. My whole family has been long time buyers and customers at Bev Smith Toyota and I have never been treated this way ever and I will never be treated like this Again. Our Hugh family has agreed we will never be back to buy a car or in for service again.
