I had a appointment for a simple oil change that took over 2 hours , went to pay just to find out that they roared my tires without me asking for the service,, I told Tim I wasn’t paying for something that I did not ask for, he got angry grabbed the paperwork and walked off!! Worst customer care I’ve had,,I know they are overworked but that no reason to take it out on the customers

When I arrived and talk to the technician he informed me that there was a software update that was available. I’m sorry but I didn’t I wasn’t aware of this and had I been notified earlier I probably would’ve been prepared to do the update. When I asked how long it would take he said the update would take approximately two hours so my question is why would it take two hours to update software into the computer?

I had a 7am appointment for oil change and tire rotation and I was there for almost two hours. Very disappointed it took that amount of time.
At 8 o’clock the music was so loud and circus like I had to go outside! If that’s the atmosphere of your dealership it’s not the for me.

In my business we always refer to feedback as a gift. One thing your dealership should be focused on is taking the opportunity to place me in a new truck. I received a text that someone would most likely evaluate my truck for a possible trade but I sat for nearly two hours in the waiting room and no one from sales came by. One other thing would be to revamp your web site to make the inventory search much more user friendly as your search engine kept freezing up as a result I never did get to see what new trucks where available. By the way Kim was very personable and friendly A+

Service was great as usual. With Mike being promoted to a service manager position this was my first experience with Tyler. He was friendly and diligent in tracking down my electrical issue. I have been using your dealership for some time now even though it is much further from my home because of employees and their personal service which was lacking here in Stuart. I have one comment that does not pertain to this visit which deals with coupon mail outs. It seems I always receive them in the mail immediately after having service work done and they most often expire before future service is needed. I had several in my possession this cycle and the same thing occurred. They both expired prior to this repair. It would be nice if they were sent out in a more consistent manor were those discounts would be current more often. Thanks.

This was my first oil change/tire rotations with my new car. That service was fine. However, I ordered (directly through your parts department a Homelink mirror with compass). A frameless mirror, with no compass was installed. I did not realize this until after I left. After a call to Tyler, I was advised they don’t make that type of mirror anymore. I saw it on the Toyota site that was emailed to me. I NEVER would have paid $576.00 for a mirror, with installation that just opens my garage door. I have a remote clicker. Someone should have told me this mirror was not available. I’m an unhappy customer right now.
