2.5 hour wait for an oil change. The rest was eyeballing things on the vehicle and entering it in the computer. My paperwork was marked as a waiter. Not acceptable time. Very unhappy with service today.

She got me services without an appointment, but completed an oil change when I only asked for a 5,000 inspection.
You did the last oil change and should have had the details to know that the oil change wasn’t necessary.
I believe your policy to reward service reps for Volume is working against the customer and I will have to evaluate my continued use of your service dept.
