Whatever she promised in accepting my car for repair was delivered! She carefully explained how long the car might need to be in the repair shop, what needed to be done, and the expense that might occur.
No nonsense is greatly appreciated.

My Time spent was too long. The glove compartment was ransacked and stuff was left on the floor and on my seat (all this for an overcharged cabin air filter; there should be no labor charge for this). There were no floor nor seat covers and dirt was all over the mat on the passenger side. While I was waiting I extended my service contract ($$$$). I watched many employees walking back and forth looking busy and not doing anything! I understand intermittent conversations but this lasted for hours!! I could not even glance at a vehicle without feeling uncomfortable as a professional woman surrounded by your lecherous salesmen. You are putting the cost of all these extraneous employees on we, the customers. I'm a local and wanted to buy the SR5 Premium 4Runner but you had a dealer mark up of $20,000. That's absolutely ridiculous!
