Since they installed the battery and the clip and the screw was missing maybe they did not screw it one tight enough I don’t know but I think it should have been covered by Bev Smith Toyota. Silva said that it’s not under warranty anymore and that I would have to pay for the clip. I think that was kind of a rip off since I got the battery installed from you.

I made reservation 5 days Barre on phone she said my appointment is 4/13 at 9:30 with Tim which I requested to her I want Tim. On 4/12 my appointment is 8am not 9:30am so I went ur dealer at 8am. Lady told me Tim is not in until 9am. Who was changing my appointment to 8am. After service was done and came home. I looked up my email. Ur dealer sent me email and said my appointment has been changed to 8am. I this email on 4/13 at 5:30am without any exponations. I can not accept this kind changes. Too early morning to check email either. However while I was waiting to done for service Tim came to me to say hi. His attitude is very professional way and respectful way to made me feel better. U should not change any appointment but if u need to change appointment u should call me or email me ahead of the time. Thank u

Stan was outstanding. Both over the phone and in person. I must tell you I called every shop in the area before bringing my car to you guys including the Toyota dealer in Vero. The straightforward answers I received from Stan on my first call is the reason I brought my car to you guys. I think we are going to sell the car but if I decide to keep it there are things that need to be done and I'll bring it back to you guys thanks again
