The fact that someone scrape the front fender of the truck and said nothing.after inspecting the truck I discover a scrape to the front fender.symour had to get someone to buff it out.

Stanley should not deal with the public. He did not contact me in a reasonable timeframe and would not explain anything to me when I got to the dealership. I waited too long to receive my car and I do believe it has not been worked on the entire day until I had gotten there. There were other people also complaining to the manager about dealing with Stanley. I understand that this dealership has a very good reputation and I think he is a detriment to your standards of dealing with clients.

I was very unsatisfied with the service I receive today April 9, 2022. When I got to the service department I was ask for my name I gave them my name. I was told to have a seat inside and someone will be inside to go over my service no one showed up after sitting inside for a while I went outside for a few minutes I turn around and saw my vehicle pulled up no one had the courtesy of letting me know my vehicle is ready . So I take a closer look and I realize it was my vehicle it could be two of the same vehicle being serviced at the same time overall very bad service in the future I do hope that communication is better and the treatment is better.M.W.

I have my new parts on my car the technician put them out ,when I asked for the parts to go get them back to the auto parts store they are don't want get it to me ,I buying them only 3 months ago and they charge me $841 my car not fixed yet the vehicle have problems......is not good....

Unlike past experiences with Bev Smith, I had to wait 3 hours for a battery install which, in my opinion shouldn't have taken more than an hour at the most. Two hours after they took my car in, no teedback Trom my service manager Tim. I texted Tim to find out what was going on. Was my car being serviced? If so, why hadn't anyone informed me as to what was wrong? I'm glad I didn't include an oil change and tire rotation or l'd still be there. That was ridiculous. And I'm not a complainer.
