2.5 hours for an oil change is unexceptable. After paying my bill I still waited 30 minutes to have the car pulled around. You have done the last service on my car.

Kim was truly amazing!! My car was there for a week because I needed a part that had to be ordered. She kept me updated as to when the part was shipped and how long it would take to come in, and then once it had arrived she told me how long it would take to have it installed, so that I would know when I could pick it up. I have previously owned both a Mercedes and a Land Rover, and did not get this kind of service from either of those dealerships.

Sylvia was FANTASTIC! She was both professional and friendly. My issue was the wait time. I arrived at 215pm and did get my car back until after 6pm.

Stanley did a great job, the service techs who changed my battery forgot to reprogram my windows. It was a simple task that Stanley corrected but that wasn’t his job to do so.
